4 star link upgrades are given free to any site which delivers 300 or
more
unique visitors to our site in the previous month (as measured by
our
own internal traffic logs). 4 star links are displayed
towards the very top
of the page of your choice on our site. A
great way to achieve this is to
mention our site in your newsletter! Ask us for
more details.
How to get started:
Once you have our link(s) installed on your site email
us .
We will then visit your site to verify that the links to our
site are
installed. Once confirmed, we will place your link on
our site.
Be sure that your email to us indicates which of the four
pages
on our site (listed above) you have selected for your

Other Link Exchange
Rules:
- Your site must be a
recruiting, HR, or career oriented site containing
content of interest for recruiters or employers.
- Your site must be
giving away something significant for free
(such as an email newsletter subscription, a job posting, a free
trial, etc).
- Any 2, 3, or 4
star sites that fail to send 50 unique visitors to our site in
a given month will be downgraded to 1 or 0 stars in the following
month.
- Any site that fails
to send at least 10 unique visitors to our site in a given
month will have their link removed from our site and will be
dropped from
our link exchange program without notice.
- Rules and
requirements are subject to change at any time. Either
party
may opt-out at any time by simply removing the other party's link.
