Rewrote the web based telemedicine application into a client server based
telemedicine application with both a web client and a windows forms client.
Technologies used: .Net (C#), ActiveX controls, JavaScript, DHTML, XML, various
hardware SDKs (eg. ECG SDK), NSIS, ColdFusion, SQL Server, PKI.
The application had enterprise capabilities with a custom messaging system
written with ColdFusion which used XML.
The application had a simple interface designed to minimize the training
needed.
The application had “code update” capabilities.
The application has two clients; the cart and the web.
Worked with the team to use the MSF library for our software development
process.

XML, various hardware SDKs (eg. FlashBus SDK), Ghost Installer, SQL Server, PKI.
The application had enterprise capabilities with a custom messaging system
written with ColdFusion which used XML.
The application had a simple interface designed to minimize the training
needed.
The application had a custom database extractor to ease database upgrades.
The application had “code update” capabilities.
Lead a team of contract developers.  At one point we had up to five contract
developers on hand.
Installed an Exchange Server at YKHC for the NLM project.

Senior Systems Analyst 1996-1999
Upgraded an AIX UNIX platform with 200+ dumb terminals to Windows 95 and NT 4.0
server.
Implemented Windows Proxy Server which allowed management the ability to monitor
web traffic.
Implemented Windows Exchange Server and joined it to the IHS Exchange network
through ANMC.
Upgraded an X.25 WAN to a 64k burst (56k committed) CSU.
Turned on more trunk lines into our NEAX 2400.
Moved our UNIX based MUMPS RPMS system to two Windows NT 4.0 systems with
journaling enabled.
Fixed MUMPS patches that would break our system.
Worked with the NLM project to provide telemedicine services to the surrounding
villages.
Supported computers, printers, faxes and copiers throughout the hospital and
surrounding villages.
