Experience:

Mr. Hogan has over 25 years experience in engineering and architecture
specializing in Environmental, Hydraulic, Highway, Forensic, Commercial and
Residential Engineering and Architecture.  Mr. Hogan has been the Senior Project
Manager and Contract Administrator on various state, county and local engineering
projects.  

Engineering projects include county drainage projects, county road paving
projects, county waterline expansion projects, county sanitary sewer expansion
projects, county utility relocation projects, naval base paving and drainage
projects, parking decks, residential and commercial buildings, public fishing
piers, commercial and residential site design, environmental impact studies,
wetland improvement projects, permitting with state environmental protection
agencies, the Army Corps of Engineers and state departments of transportation,
industrial water filtration systems, V-belt and HTD mechanical drive systems,
pressure vessels, heat exchangers, industrial oil and gas cooling equipment and
various other civil engineering related projects.  Architectural projects include
commercial architectural design of Kmart Stores, Firestone Tire Stores, Harco
Drug Stores, and various other commercial and residential buildings.

Mr. Hogan has extensive programming experience in the following fields of
