Responsibilities included receiving and processing up to 100 calls daily from
Nexity Customers in a call center environment, solving customer problems, and
providing excellent customer service. Duties also included opening and closing
checking and savings accounts, creating and closing certificate of deposit
accounts, organizing training sessions for fellow employees, organizing group
luncheons, and filling in for main receptionist during breaks or vacations on 20+
line switchboard. Extensive use of Premier II, and the MS Office Suite. Left due
to job offer and pay raise from Integrated Medical Systems.
