AVP Data Operations
	Experienced Assistant Vice President responsible for all operation software
activities for a financial organization supporting ten branches.  Successful
Administrator and manager of ten employees with exceptional support of systems
including Computer Operations, Proof Department, Statement Department, Call
Center and Couriers.  This includes help desk support for all customers and
employees within the institution.  Excellent communication skills and ability to
work within high pressure environments with a diversity of professionals, clients
and team leaders.

 •	Lead Project Manager install of PrintMail software in 2007 with outsourcing
of Customer Statements.  This eliminated one position in the Statement
department.  Lead Project Manager with outsourcing of Equity Statements to
PrintMail which eliminated timely work in the Loan Operations Department.

 •    Lead Project Manager install in 2007 and 2008 for Jack Henry Release on
i-Series AS/400 platform.  These core modules                                    
                                                                                
          include software for Tellers, Loan Operations, CSR’s, Deposit
Operations, Proof and Statement Departments for 125 clients.

 •	Lead Project Manager in preparation and transfer of customer tax documents
with the financial institution to Pinnacle Systems for processing at year end. 
This includes any corrections on customer files and creation of 5498 forms. 

 •    	Lead Project Manager with the elimination of manual keying items in the
Proof Department with use of Check 21 software, 4 Sight software and installation
of Teller Capture software using Jack Henry modules in 2007 and 2008.  The
completion of this project eliminated two positions in the Proof Department, and
the cost of maintenance on data entry equipment.

Systems Manager
	Experienced Logistic Project Manager responsible for all logistic software
activities for the largest domestic textile company in the country.  Successful
Administrator and manager of five employees with exceptional support of systems
including Raw Materials, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Materials management,
Maintenance, Imaging, EDI and PC Tracking.  This includes the responsibility of
all Imaging needs for the entire organization.  Excellent communication skills
and ability to work within high pressure environments with a diversity of
professionals, clients and team leaders.  Created yearly budgets for each system
and employees. 

•	Lead Project Manager American Software beta site install in 1997 on ES9000
Mainframe including modules accounts                                      
payable, procurement and materials management for 100 clients.  

•	Lead Project Manager PC Tracking System install in 2000 on SQL Server 2000
which included company inventory of all are equipment for corporate use.

•	Lead Project Manager Millnet32 / Raw Materials beta site install in 2001. 
Migration from Mainframe to SQL Server 2000 including modules cotton inventory,
contract and procurement, scheduling, and consumption 	with batch and RF
devices.

•	Lead Project Manager American Software Intelliprise install in 2005. 
Migration from ES9000 Mainframe to i-Series AS/400 platform including modules
procurement, materials management, accounts payable and general ledger for 100
clients.  
  
•	Lead Systems Analyst American Software beta site install in 1990 on ES9000
Mainframe including modules accounts payable, procurement and materials for 150
clients.

•	Modified COBOL and CICS programs to be year 2000 compliant. 

•	Provided major support during disaster recovery efforts due to train
derailment and major chemical exposure to all IT and plant equipment in South
Carolina.  Lead Project Team in successful recovery of critical raw material
system within 5 days of the chemical disaster in a completely different location.


•	Lead Project Manager for all Imaging enhancements, maintenance and security. 
This system was accessed by every department in the organization and was very
cost effective in reducing our paper cost and provided more efficient use of our
filing space.
