30 Years Management/Supervisory experience as a Senior Aviation Sergeant and
Government Contractor in positions of Program Manager, Project Manager, and Site
Manager.

Diverse background includes over 6,000 Crewmember / Non-crewmember flight hours
in the UH-1, UH-60, and AH-1. In addition, 36 years experience in helicopter
maintenance, Quality Control / Technical Inspector, Aviation Life Support,
Aviation Safety, and Crash Fire Rescue

15 years developing Interactive CD/DVD including the US Army Threat Systems
Capability DVD. Scriptwriter and postproduction for US Army Safety Center film.
Lead developer and instructor for a 40 hour block resident course on Aviation
Crash Fire Rescue.

System - Aviation (Enhanced) (ULLS-A(E). Travels worldwide to Army Aviation units
as an ULLS-A(E) fielding team member. Required to master three core subjects and
subject matter expert in Aviation Maintenance Quality Control. Review and update
PowerPoint instructor presentations. Participate in testing of software upgrades.

Military Trainer for the Unit Level Logistics System – Aviation (Enhanced)
(ULLS-A(E).

Team Lead and Subject Matter Expert for the development of Threat Systems
identification and driver’s instructional training. Contents included graphics,
video, and audio to form an Integrated Courseware Environment.

Converted platform formal training modules to the Authoring Instruction Material
(AIM) program.

Responsible for professional audio and/or video editing and post-production
procedures, techniques, and standards. Developed visual high-end presentations,
video, CD-Rom and DVD.

Authored and instructed a 40-hour Crash Fire Rescue training course. Developed
and implemented Crash Fire Rescue training program for multi-nation responders. 

MILITARY EXPERIENCE
21 years of Army Aviation service with assignments in the United States and
overseas including Germany (2), Korea (2), and Vietnam (1). Performed crew duties
in Night Armed Reconnaissance, Crash Fire Rescue, test and evaluation, Command
and Control, VIP, and maintenance recovery missions. Recognized on numerous
occasions as subject matter expert in the field of Flight Engineer Training,

DEFENSE CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE
Program Manager: Reported direct to the Government Representative of the US Army
Threat Support Systems. Managed two sites; one in the Nevada Range Complex and
the second in Albuquerque, NM. Responsible for former Soviet Union ground threat
systems including the SCUD, SA-series, Zill trucks, and assorted US convoy
vehicles. Maintained operations within the yearly established budget constraints.

Project Manager: Duty with the US Army Threat Airborne Systems as a Mission
Acquisition Specialist, Flight Operations Analyst, and MI-24 Hind Weapons
Officer. Conducted all pre-mission surveys, coordinated the movement for all
aircraft, personnel, and support equipment to mission site. During missions
attended all crew briefings and complied tactical mission/safety parameters for
flight crews at a remote location.

Site Supervisor: Complete oversight for a range based maintenance/flight
facility. Liaison all matters for daily operations with the host Air Force Base,
including annual Memorandum of Understanding. Managed all aspects of the
financial spending and personnel Human Resources at the site.
