identification and driver’s instructional training. Contents included graphics,
video, and audio to form an Integrated Courseware Environment.
Converted platform formal training modules to the Authoring Instruction Material
(AIM) program.
Responsible for professional audio and/or video editing and post-production

DEFENSE CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE
Program Manager: Reported direct to the Government Representative of the US Army
Threat Support Systems. Managed two sites; one in the Nevada Range Complex and
the second in Albuquerque, NM. Responsible for former Soviet Union ground threat
systems including the SCUD, SA-series, Zill trucks, and assorted US convoy
vehicles. Maintained operations within the yearly established budget constraints.
Project Manager: Duty with the US Army Threat Airborne Systems as a Mission
Acquisition Specialist, Flight Operations Analyst, and MI-24 Hind Weapons
Officer. Conducted all pre-mission surveys, coordinated the movement for all
aircraft, personnel, and support equipment to mission site. During missions
attended all crew briefings and complied tactical mission/safety parameters for
flight crews at a remote location.
Site Supervisor: Complete oversight for a range based maintenance/flight
facility. Liaison all matters for daily operations with the host Air Force Base,
including annual Memorandum of Understanding. Managed all aspects of the
financial spending and personnel Human Resources at the site.
