retired from First State Bank and Ameris Bank in
 the state of Georgia . I feel like I would be an valuable asset to any Bank &

	My main job was to sure that all customers that walked up to my counter was
greeted and asked if I could help them.
If they asked for a certain item I would take them to the right place and
assisted them with whatever they needed. Then I would close 
the sale by telling them it was a pleasure to help them.

	My main job there was to wait on customers as they came up to the counter.  We
would have jewelry shows 4 times a year amd we kept 
a log of all our customers and things they would buy during the in between times
of the shows. When the shows would be presented I would
have called my customers and make reservations for them to come in and see the
different jewelry they may be interested in buying. I helped 
my customers with fixing their  bracelets by putting on their stones they would
buy.  I fixed watches by putting in batteries and taking off or 
putting on links to their watches.

	In my many jobs during my banking career I worked with all of the customers
with their banking needs such as balancing their bank statements.  
I first started out as a proof operator for First State Bank & Trust and then
worked my way up to the supervisor of the proof department. I was also 
in charge of keeping inventory of all bank supplies and making sure the supplies
were always furnished and available for the employees of the bank. 
I assisted the officers in other various jobs when i was called upon.  
			
	My greatest experience in banking was meeting and helping all customers that
came my way.  If a customer had a problem I did my best to help 
them resolve that problem or if I couldn't resolve the issue I found the
appropriate employee who could. I was in charge of the imaging department that 
processed the checks. I handle the making of ATM cards and set up service charge
fees. I also had the opportunity to take many courses that was 
offered through the banks to expand my knowledge in all areas of the banking
industry.
