Sr. Engineer the Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD)/Missile Defense Agency
(DESH) Single Simulation Framework. . Real Time Analysis, Integration Operation
and Framework Analysis in support of SSF and various test events. . Supported the
operation and integration of the Embedded Test Capability in all MDA worldwide
locations, duties included but not limited to, performing both hardware (HW) and
software (SW) integration of the Single Simulation Framework product into
evolving and dynamic training, exercise, and war-gaming architectures. Operate,
test, Real Time Analysis and integrate support tools, software, systems and
networks used for simulations and environments. Supported development of test

project (SCIFF/SAP, DT, SSEB, Diamond II etc.). Researched, and designed the
architecture, implementation procedure for the Interceptor Optical PDS solution.

Served as the  Technical Lead for GMD test lab (ISTC-1). Provided network and
security engineering expertise to the program and was responsible for analyzing,
defining, designing and developing new system requirements to bring in new
hardware or upgrade existing systems. Acted as the LAN/WAN Manager for ISTC-1.
Worked closely with security personnel to make sure all NISPOM requirements were
met. Assessed architecture and hardware limitations, and proposed solutions to
integration problems as they occurred. Provided leadership to rest of team for
technical issues. Was responsible for documentation (drawings in AutoCAD) of all
network and connectivity issues, wrote all technical Change Requests to document
all changes to baseline configuration. Help define and develop security
procedures. Help administer the following OS’s HP-Unix Red Hat, SuSE, AIX,
Solaris, and various Windows OS. Help in designing budget plans to include
maintenance, travel, and training. Had direct input on all ISTC-1 personnel

administration and server management. Researched and implemented as needed
hardware/software solutions like the cac/pki, and Share Point portal upgrades.
