	Report Writer/Programming position with a hospital.  Experience with SQL 2005,
SQL 400 (AS400/iSeries), SQL Server Reporting Services, Access Programming, Excel
Database VBA programming and SQL Stored Procedures.

3/98 – 2/06:  MIS Department Manager – West Yavapai Guidance Clinic (WYGC)
Responsible for managing Hardware, Software and Network Administration staff as
required to support clinical, administrative, accounting and billing systems for
Community Mental Health Care Agency.  Successfully managed the implementation of
HIPAA 837 & 834 transactions to meet Federal and State requirements.  Currently
supervise 11 employees in 2 Departments.  Responsible for the implementation of
QI projects and processes necessary to meet JCAHO  and HIPAA requirements.

Financial Services Supervisor – WYGC
Managed Eligibility and Enrollment Department Staff resulting in a significant
improvement in the on-time delivery of data as required by the Northern Arizona
Behavioral Health Agency (NARBHA) and the State of Arizona.

 Systems Analyst – WYGC
Responsible for the analysis, design, code and testing of reports required by
Clinical and Administrative Managers and staff.   Used custom report generation
language to create electronic billing files for billing NARBHA/ADHS, BCBS and
Medicare.   Prepared reports used by Management to obtain grant monies from the
State of Arizona.   Annually prepared UDS reports as required by the United
Health Service Core.

1/84-1/90 	 Project Business Manager – Motorola Government Electronics 
Assisted the Program Manager with budget and schedule management on a $31
million DoD contract.  Designed a time-phased workbreakdown structure to
implement a cost/schedule database-tracking tool using MicroframeÔ Project
Management Software.

Computer Systems Manager – Motorola Government Electronics 
Managed a variety of computer systems including HP1000s used in VLSI computer
labs, VAX 11/750 and HP64000 clusters, MicroVax II and Sun workstations.  Duties
included coding data conversion programs in Fortran and the design and code of a
software configuration management plan.  Supervision of software technicians
required.
