Objective:         To obtain a challenging position which will allow me to
utilize my several years of 
                           customer service experience combined with my
extensive computer knowledge to enhance
                           the customer experience with focus on the specialized

Experience:      Customer Service
                           Nov. 2003-June 2009- The Home Depot Supply 
                           Responsibilities included, but were not limited to:
                          -Assisting customers with placing new orders and
inquiring in to already existing orders. 
                          -Routing customers to various departments as needed. 
                          -Assisting Field Account Representatives with various
types of customer service. 
                          -Handling high profile personalized accounts on a
daily basis. These accounts include
                           Public Storage, Management Resources, and Pinnacle.
                          -Entering faxes for various personalized accounts

                          Responsibilities included, but were not limited to:
                          -Assisting customers with placing new orders and
inquiring in to already existing orders. 
                          -Routing customers to various departments as needed.
                          -This position was a temp assignment leading to the
employer listed above. I was
                           subsequently hired by that company.

                          Dec 2002-April 2003-Santa Barbara Bank & Trust
                          Responsibilities included, but were not limited to:
                          -Assisting tax payers and tax professionals with
questions regarding filing tax returns, tax  
                           returns already filed and the status of refunds.  
                          
                          Dispatcher
                          June 1996-Aug 2002- Interface Security
                          Responsibilities included, but were not limited to:
                          -Dispatching authorities on alarm activations
                          -Monitoring audio alarms for signs of intrusion and
responding accordingly to such
                           activations
                          -Notifying designated responders 
                          -Completing necessary reports.
