for all decisions pertaining to trash management including the invoicing and

I sold waste and recycling equipment to new and existing customers. During my 12
years with Greenleaf, I remained the highest producer and personally retained and

I began cold calling in Phoenix and was promoted to a Retention and Account
Manager within 6 months.  I was responsible for working with our largest
customers and being certain our high standards were met and maintained to keep
our customers satisfied with our services.  I also set up and managed our
Customer Service department in addition to my other responsibilites.
