Harte-Hanks Shoppers, $440 million publishing division of Harte-Hanks, Inc. and
largest owner, operator, and distributor of shopper publications with targeted
versions zoned into 1,100+ separate editions totaling more than 13 million
circulation each week in California and Florida with five regional units and
2,000 employees.
Director, Business Operations (2005 – 2006)
Key management executive leading 18-member cross-functional team in day-to-day
business operations of $70 million National Accounts Division. Developed and
implemented strategic business plan and budget to improve account retention and
increase account base. Recruited, hired, developed, and managed cross-functional
teams.
* 81% reduction in contract approval cycle times achieved through re-engineering
of contract approval process eliminating unauthorized contract edits and
improving accountability for all participants.
