                to abuse. Completed progress notes, administered and 					
                documented medications, managed the intake and  discharge of

                children's well being. Eased children into their new
environment.


3/2003 - 3/2004 CHILDCARE WORKER I
		West Valley Child Crisis Center, Glendale, AZ
                Supervised and cared for 8 children, in a residential 
                setting, who were in temporary placement due to abuse.  
                Completed progress notes, administered and documented 
                medications, documented meals and completed intake packets. 
                Transported and corresponded with Child Protective Services 
                and helped children adjust to placement.

9/2001-12/2003  SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER'S ASSISTANT  
		Summit View Elementary School  Glendale, CA
                Facilitated individualized special education 
                reading programs for 5th and 2nd grade individuals. 
                Documented progress and grades. Met with parents 
                and teachers to discuss student's performance. 
 

Qualifications: Current fingerprint clearance, TB clearance, passing 
                scores for the CBEST and CSET Multiple Subject. I also 
                currently hold a 30-Day Substitute Permit for the state 
                of California. Experience with MS Word, Excel and MS Outlook.
