Professional Experience:
LifeMasters, CA Jan 10 2005 – Present (Application Engineer)
Recently worked on the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) security project in C#
.NET 2.0 with Active Directory Federation Server (ADFS), which provides support
for federated authentication within LifeMasters business applications and will
provide a single sign-on solution between the various web servers that reside on
different Active Directory forests. The main functionality includes
administration, new user creation, application authentication, existing user
migration and logon management, x.509 certificate enrollment and management,
account password changes, and account lockout controls. It was designed and
developed using industry best practices and development frameworks, patterns, and
practices. This project also interfaces with existing legacy ASP applications to
ensure seamless forward and backward compatibility for authentication and state
processes.
Developed the Claims Application in ASP.NET 1.1/C#/ADO.NET which enables
customer claims to be processed using the customer specific configuration
settings. It provides automation of a standard claims loading process with a
workflow engine, primitive management and measures, data synchronization derived
from claims, contract display, data verification and quality validation.
Worked on a calendaring service using C++/MFC/COM+ which creates the
appointments between the call center nurses and the patients. The application
uses a complex algorithm to match nurse and participants based on availability,
nurse licenses, contract requirements, patient conditions, and time zones.
Sony Entertainment Online, CA Feb 2004 – 2005 (Format QA.)
Tested software for ease of use, reliability, consistency, and program defects.
Executed test plans on pre-release versions of software. Responsibilities
included measuring and detecting program defects on games, assessing quality
standards, and reporting defects or design issues found during testing into the
oracle bug tracking database. Contributed to various tasks with maintenance, and
support of all game testing projects, and responsible for testing new hardware
system and networking connectivity.
Senior Design Graduation Project from San Jose State University, CA Jun’2003
Developed a .NET Web Service using C# and a Flash UI to provide a web page
monitoring service. This service sends updated web content to subscribed users.
Developed an online ATM system to handle financial transaction. Used Java
applets, Apache, and Microsoft SQL with JDBC.
