RESUME
SKILLS SUMMARY
I have been building custom computers since the late 1980’s. My first system was
an IBM clone that had a clock speed of 4mhz until you hit the turbo button which
cranked it up to a blazing 8mhz! As time progressed I upgraded my system on a
fairly regular basis, as well as my friends, neighbors, and anyone else that
required assistance from a self taught computer expert. I started the Computer
Science degree in 2003 with the idea that I would be working on computers. I
worked at Twin City Metals during my undergraduate pursuits where I was the
computer go to guy for both personal, and business software solutions. I am
currently pursuing my Masters in MIS on a part-time basis, and am looking to
enter a workforce position that will keep me challenged, and entertained. I have
more than 15 years of experience in the mechanical repair field, and then 9 years
experience managing a corporate tire store. I have 5 years of experience with
software, and hardware support. I am an avid computer repair person! I
thoroughly enjoy a challenge, and have gained a very linear perspective due to my
programming influence. (A->B->C) Having graduated with my undergraduate degree
in Computer Science I am appreciative of the varied programming languages and
styles that I was exposed to. I will bring a desire to learn, and excel to the
table!
