Responsibilities:
* Direct all areas of Bacara Resort & Spa 's 42,000 square foot spa
operation, which includes budgeting, forecasting, payroll, on-going service
refinement and direct supervision of 120 team members for massage therapy,
esthetics, salon, fitness, recreation programming, pool and tennis.
* Represent ownership 's interests as Executive Manager, working as part of
an 8-person committee to guide all resort operations.
* Facilitate the ongoing development and marketing of spa treatment menu,
resort fitness and leisure activities.
* Strengthen public relations and awareness of the resort through media
interviews, professional presentations and exclusive events.

Position: Director of Spa Services (Multiple Unit Director)

and management in an integrated, comprehensive approach to your fitness center or
luxury spa. Catering to some of the finest organizations in the world, Plus One's
clients include Five-Star luxury properties, financial service firms, law
partnerships, publishers, pharmaceutical companies and hospitals.
Responsibilities:
* Directed spa operations, training and marketing strategies for all company
spa locations. This included spas at The Plaza Hotel, The Waldorf Astoria Hotel,
The Trump International Hotel & Tower, The New York Palace Hotel, The Regent Wall
Street, Trump World Tower (residential), and other corporate locations.
* Guided General Managers in maintaining managerial and staff excellence
through hiring, training, goal setting and development. This involved developing
and implementing company wide service training tools for all levels of staff and
management.
* Directed the planning and pre-opening phases of spa development for new
locations.

* Managed and directed all areas of 140,000 sq. ft. club operation with
special focus on Reception, Membership Services, Retail, Sports, Human Resources,
Group Exercise, Childcare, Manager on Duty Training, and contract services.
* Guided and advised the General Manager with regards to staffing, member
concerns, financial considerations, promotion, and troubleshooting (acting as
General Manager during absence or leave).
* Prepared the Club 's financial plan and held department managers
accountable for meeting and exceeding revenue while keeping expenses in line with
established fiscal guidelines.
