Responsibilities:

product, DB2, in a mainframe environment. 
- Work closely with developers to ensure the quality of the testing and quickly
resolve issues that arise during the test process. 
- Provide mentoring for the test team to ensure high productivity and an

- Mentor new staff by teaching company standards, delegating tasks, and

- Continuously develop and maintain a tool written in Rexx.  This tool helps
generate JCL, aids in version control, etc. 
- Provide a second level of support for clients during the installation of their
software.
