Hotspot International provides internet service to hotel chains in Mexico.  
- Developed a custom requirements analysis study in order to provide a
structured framework for standardizing knowledge acquisition for newly hired
personnel.  Implementing the findings resulted in a 30% reduction in staff
turnover.   
- Developed a custom training curriculum (in Spanish) and delivered a process
reengineering workshop to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).   

Automated Computer Services (Long Beach, CA). 
ACS manages student loan data.  
- Completed a large application development project that converted the print

- Supervised a 10–person developer team responsible for document integration of
letter art and database elements for production printing.  
- Spearheaded a technical documentation project to create a repository of
detailed job procedures (per customer accounts) that allowed full
cross-functional involvement of any team member.  The implementation of this
initiative maximized the ability to support delivery deadlines and take in three
(3) additional clients during a 20% staff shortage.
- Completed a workflow study to evaluate improvements in task automation to
identify risks present in the current workflow configuration.  The study found
that significant efficiencies could be found in the areas of customer data file
retrieval and repeatable jobs with fixed deadlines.  This implementation saved
25-30% of job preparation/maximizing production.

- Co-managed the regional training facility in scheduling, delivering and
