RESOLVE Default Management System is a web-based application customized to
manage and process loans that are delinquent for more than 90 days. The system
proposes alternative courses to the borrower to keep the loan current or from
being foreclosed. It is integrated to a Cashiering system that monitors payments
being accepted to pay off the payment plan, charges and fees. Loan and Payment
data are pulled out from its back-end application, Alltel, and into the RESOLVE
Oracle database via an inbound ETL. In the same manner, payments going through
RESOLVE are uploaded to Alltel via an outbound ETL.
Major Responsibilities:
* Worked with Developers, Project Managers and other business units to
determine scope and business requirements
* Performed unit test, module test, integration test, system test, and back
end test for default loan management software
* Helped coordinate offshore QA efforts and ensured that product delivered met
quality standards
