As a member of an AMM PROJECT team for a major aerospace manufacturing firm
(HONEYWELL). As team technical lead, responsible for overseeing the client’s
application software. To include:
Product Data Management
Order Entry/Order Management/Contracts; supporting 50+ legal and contracts
personnel.
Master Production Scheduling; supporting 10+ material schedulers and planner
personnel.
Logistics/Shipping/Invoicing
MRP and Cost Accounting Interfaces
Engineering Program Management and Cost Control
Also, a Project Sub-Team Leader on a multi-million dollar E&S "ONE SYSTEM"
project that replaced multiple legacy business systems in South Bend IN, Rocky
Mount NC, and Tucson AZ with targeted E&S common systems from Torrance CA and
Tempe AZ. The team completed this aggressive one-year project on time and within
budget and resulted in significant systems support cost savings and headcount
reductions from consolidating several functional areas (i.e. Order Entry,
Contracts and Master Production Scheduling).
The environment consisted of an IBM mainframe under MVS & z/OS using TSO/ISPF,
COBOL, DB2, Assembler, IBM/JCL, IMS DB/DC, MQ Series, LIBRARIAN, VIASOFT
(debugging tool), PLATINUM (DB2), SPUFI, ABEND-AID, FAULT ANALYZER, REMEDY and
ZEKE.
As a member of a Year 2000 Project team for a federally funded Aerospace
Corporation.
Completed on time the remediation, testing, migrating, documenting and
implementations of over 200 of the client’s older COBOL I & II (1974,1985)
programs to COBOL 370.
As a member of a team developing new software in support of a major conversion
for a major financial institution’s (US BANK) new acquisition’s merchant
portfolio.
Completed 3 logical conversions on time and within budgetary restraints.
Developed an automated data captures system. Including:
Developing, testing, and implementing new COBOL programs from detail design
specifications.

1997 – 1997 OMNI RESOURCES, INC. Minneapolis, MN SR. CONSULTANT
Was a member of a team developing new software in support of a major conversion
for a major manufacturer from their existing legacy system to SAP.
Completed 2 new COBOL 370 programs, and enhancing 1 existing CICS program with
DATACOM. The environment consisted of an IBM mainframe using DOS/VS, COBOL,
PANVALET, INTERTEST, DATACOM, and SQL.
1995 – 1997 COMPUTOSERVICE Mankato, MN - SR. CONSULTANT
As a PA, coded and unit tested 3 new COBOL 370 programs from detail design
specifications for a large Local/Long Distance Telephone Company. The environment
consisted of an IBM mainframe under DOS/VSE/ESA using IMS/DL/I, COBOL, IBM/JCL,
ICCF, and LIBRARIAN.
1993 – 1995 CITIBANK Sioux Falls, SD PROGRAMMER/ANALYST
Supported the Bank’s credit card processing center document composition facility
(DCF) system.
Verifying the successful completion of the batch schedule.
During a major conversion, responsible for coding and unit testing new CICS
transactions from detail design specifications.
The environment consisted of an IBM mainframe under MVS using ROSCOE, CICS,
INTERTEST, COBOL II, DYL280, IBM/JCL, CA7, and LIBRARIAN.
1973 – 1992 TICOR TITLE INSURERS Los Angeles, CA - SR. PROGRAMMER/ANALYST/

During the 18 + years at TICOR, supported the Corporation’s Human resources
systems; to include: MSA Payroll/Personnel, Profit Sharing, Retirement Income,
Personnel records, Benefit Billing. Also, developed/supported the corporation’s
A/R, A/P, G/L and Sales Management systems.

A Personnel Records online inquiry system,
A 401(k) compliance and non-discrimination system and a 401(k)-employee loan
