As an independent consultant, worked full lifecycle system design of an
engineering order process tracking and reporting system utilizing the latest .Net
3.5 technologies. Responsibility included all phases of application development:
analysis, design, both web and database development, and deployment within
Verizon production environments.
Conducted requirement and design sessions with team of 20 Verizon employees,
prepared detail requirement and specification documentation which included

integration issues between ARIS and ProVision generated BPEL and BizTalk (ODX)
orchestrations.
Designed canonical data models and created xml-schemas as part of the SOA
solution/architecture.
Researched and worked alongside developers on transformation of BPM software
proprietary formats to canonical or agnostic Boeing Specific Documents.

of an end-to-end conceptual business process to tool specific solutions

Architected and coded data consolidation, migration, and reporting
infrastructure for the PWR enterprise-level parts inventory database using Oracle
PL/SQL stored packages,.Net C#, Business Objects, and Crystal Reports. The
inventory system integrated 5 separate systems providing key inventory
disposition information to upper management. The project was completed one year
ahead of schedule, and has received an award from NASA. There are over 3,000
users of the system, with anywhere from 500 to 2000 concurrent users.
Architected and coded a document data warehouse/case management application for
the Quality Engineering department that provides analysis and trending of
hardware production anomalies and operational anomalies. The nightly ETL (Extract
Translate Load) programs were written in PL/SQL. Documents are indexed using
Oracle Text (CTX) indexes and preferences for rapid search and delivery to a
JAVA/JSP, STRUTS architected user interface.
Designed Oracle repository and interface for capturing part and part tracking
information from hand held Symbol PDA barcode scanners for Property
Administration department. Designed and coded the Oracle interface to the PDA and
the interface to external part inventory systems using Oracle stored packages and
triggers. Lead a team of developers responsible for the .Net user interface and
C++ PDA interface.
Architected and coded a document data warehouse trending tool for Quality
Engineering department. Designed the dimensional data structure in Oracle and
wrote all ETL procedures to load key information from the mainframe on a
scheduled base using Ascential DataStage Sequencers. External documents are
linked to the data source logically, and indexed for rapid search using Oracle
Text indexing. Oracle CTX SQL searches were pre-built within the Business Objects
Universe as class objects with appropriate search syntax built within (Fuzzy,
Proximity, Stem and others). Users have the capability to search thousands of
documents directly from Business Objects adhoc reporting tool, Webii and at the
same time, perform key word (fielded) searches against the database.
Designed Web Portal for MRP Requisition database used by Quality Engineering
staff. Created data model, defined the mainframe API 's, designed the front-end
prototype, and managed both mainframe and web developers on the project.
Scheduled resource time and labor keeping the project consistently ahead of
schedule despite backend resource shortages.
Coded Oracle part re-serialization tracking routines within SSME document
tracking system. System is used to monitor part serial number changes on the
Space Shuttle Main Engine.
Designed Business Objects Universes and incorporated external security systems
within BO Universe and Supervisor components for the Finance/Accounting
department. Designed advanced reports which contained imbedded Oracle functions.
