* Partner in SC Bluwood, Inc. a company that provides an innovative framing
lumber coating for volume production home builders which offers a lifetime
warrantee against termites, wood rot, mold, fungus and is a fire retardant.
Successfully developed Lowes account.

Planet ATE, Inc. – Poway, CA Sep 2002 – Dec 2007
Staff Test Engineer / Manager of Operations / VP of Operations
* Developed first production test solutions and methodologies from which all
subsequent test solutions were derived. Products included high speed pin
electronics, deskews and pmu’s.
* Hands-on position in 5-15 person company where I developed, from scratch, all
aspects of operations for a start-up including Test and Product Engineering,
Manufacturing Supply Chain, IT Solutions, Shipping and Receiving, and Quality
Assurance and Reliability.
* Provided technical testing solutions for signal integrity issues on analog
mixed signal parts requiring 3000 precision analog tests in production.
* Developed custom relational databases for production and engineering data
analysis for yield management, characterization, SPC, qualifications. Developed
Cost Accounting, Inventory Control, Purchasing, Sales, Shipping, and RMA systems
database.
* All operations were focused upon the goals of growing a business while
generating cash and turning a profit. These goals were achieved and the company
was sold.

Director of Worldwide Test Operations
* Determined corporate test strategies and manufacturing test standards for all
business units worldwide and managed all operational aspects of manufacturing
test.
* Managed test subcontractors. Responsible for in-house rack and stack test
floor utilized for production test of 2.5Gb/s – 12Gb/s devices.
Responsibilities included asset and cost management, direct labor management, ATE
selection, and subcontractor selection and management.
* Developed and refined test capacity models for in-house production (primarily
rack and stack test).
* Provided path and mentorship to test engineering community to enable company
to migrate 2.5Gb/s - 12Gb/s test away from rack test toward ATE based solutions
utilizing Agilent 93000 series platform.
