Provided dedicated project management support for the in-house client, eBay, in
their Information Security/Infrastructure division. Provided management
oversight for over 40 infrastructure project initiatives. Additional
responsibilities included invoicing, maintaining project plans, communication
plans, and weekly metric status reporting to senior management. Coordinated the
recruitment of contractors/consultants required for information security project
implementations. Managed team of consultants which included approval of time
sheets, travel expenses, and on-boarding/exiting processes. Proactively

Andersen Consulting sites. Negotiated with vendors, suppliers, and service
providers.

• Implemented large multi-cabinet Siemens ROLM PBX telephone system and Octel
voice mail system for expanding San Francisco office. System design included ACD
(Automatic Call Distribution) call routing system

Telecom Voice Systems Engineer, Technical Center
Designed and engineered voice systems based on business requirements. Conducted
monthly traffic analysis for ACD call centers and worked closely with business
call center campaign activities for optimum utilization of hardware and software
usage. Consulted and supervised major accounts vendors and suppliers in
connection with all Bank of America standard platforms.
Achievements/Highlights:
• Successfully voice engineered and assisted in the project management for the
replacement of a large networked 4,500 port 24x7 call center campus environment
site.
• Turnkey cutover to the new system was completed transparently within a 4-hour
outage window minimizing impact for approximately 3,000 call center agents and
