Receive assignments daily and duties are to schedule service with customer the
same day. Pick-up parts sent to me, call customer to setup a timely appointment
to replace all Hardware as needed. After replacing parts make sure system is in
operating condition before leaving site. This process includes all Dell Notebooks
and Desktop systems. Notebook parts replacement includes MotherBoards, video
cards, CPU, fans, and all plastics.

Business Consultant
As a Deployment Consultant duties are to Gather Data from all Kaisers
Workstations in a Win2K and XP environment, Network Printers and Zebra Label
Printers using the CAPTUR tool. Build the network printing connectivity
information and validate them. Complete and build the back-end and front-end
printing for all PC’s in all departments. Travel to multiple Kaiser Facilities
and assist other Deployment Consultants in all departments. Create Remedy ticket
if Workstations do not meet certain criteria and escalate to proper department
for solution. This process included the successful delivery and functionality of
the EPIC Health Connect application for all Kaiser Facilities. Once data gather
and validation are completed, Departments will Go Live with Health Connect and
the Deployment Consultant will do elbow to elbow support assisting users with the
EPIC application and printer functionality.
August 1996 to 2005 CCC INFORMATION SERVICES – Glendora, CA
As a Universal Tech Support Rep, duties are to troubleshoot products developed
by CCC on multi-Platforms: Novell, Winnt4.0, Windows 2000 Windows XP and
Peer-to-Peer networks for internal and external customers.
Troubleshoot Software and Hardware related problems. Including but not limited
to desktops, laptops, modems, hard drives, CD-ROM and printers. Use Remote
Desktop software to troubleshoot complex issues. Input database information in
the Vantive Database tracking application. CCC has over 19,000 Repair Facilities,
100’s of Independent Appraisers and all the major Insurance Companies that
utilize their software. Assisted as part of the Wireless communications group in
the pilots for State Farm, Geico, Atlanta Casualty and The Hartford Insurance
companies.
