•  Northrop Grumman – Performed user/project setup and customization of Quality
Center modules
   according to client’s needs; assisted with producing deliverables on testing
strategy, best
   practices, and defect tracking process.  Performed test automation of SAP
processes. 

•  Washington Mutual - Performed system validations and defect
tracking/reporting using Quick 
   Test Pro and TestDirector.  Developed and executed test cases and scenarios
according to business
   requirements.  Performed test automation and UAT testing for the Loan
Origination web application.

•  DirecTV - Developed automated Quick Test Pro scripts and test components for
