EMPLOYMENT:

08/2005-Present- Allstate Insurance: Insurance sales and customer service. Spoke
with people in person as well as over the phone and Internet. Assessed their
insurance needs and qualifications through interviewing and paperwork. Meet sales
and service goals. Was able to handle high pressure and difficult situations with
clients and potential clients. Followed insurance guidelines of the State of
California as well as my employer. Always able to assist co-workers and go above
and beyond for my clients as well as my employer.

04/2005-07/2005- DNA Insurance: Sales. Answered high volume phone calls and sold
both Auto and Homeowners policies. Multi-tasking skills. Ability to handle
changing situations. Followed the guidelines set by my employer.

08/04-04/2005- GEICO: Customer Service. High volume phone center, consistently
made goals for calls handled as well as proper service of accounts. Able to
assess the client’s insurance needs through proper questioning and listening to
their needs. High-pressure situations and the ability to be flexible were
required at all times.

01/2002-01/2003- Bub’s Whiskey Dive: Bartender. Dealt with the public while
serving beer and wine. Cash handling skills as well as inventory and ordering of
product. Communicated needs to various venders and distributors. Followed
guidelines set by the state on service and identification checks.
