Electronics Engineer
 Wrote First-Article and Bid-Sample test procedures for new test and
calibration equipment being procured by the U.S. Navy according to federal
guidelines.
 Presented numerous R&D project proposals and project status reports to
GS-15 program sponsors from Naval Sea Systems Command and Naval Air Systems
Command in Washington DC.
 Represented the Navy and joined counterparts from the Army and the Air
Force in receiving R&D project proposal presentations from the National Institute
of Standards and Technology and in coordinating which service(s) will fund which
projects based upon the comparative needs within each service.
 Wrote numerous calibration procedures for various models of electronic
test and calibration equipment.
