HP is a technology solution provider to consumers, businesses and institutions
globally.  The company’s offerings span IT infrastructure, global services,
business and home computing, and imaging & printing.

Supply Chain Business Analyst & Sr. SAP ABAP developer (2007 to present)
•	Led the Asia Pacific region functional team in the reverse logistics of HP
Integrated Global Supply Chain Optimization (HP Services iGSO).  iGSO Program
delivers business optimization to end-to-end processes in HP Service Hardware
Supply Chain.
•	Analyzed the Reverse Logistics Information flow from Supplier, Repair,
Distribution, Service Delivery, and Consumer.   The goal of iGSO Reverse
Logistics processes is to quickly and efficiently expedite customer returns in
order to re-introduce qualified parts back into the supply chain at the earliest
possible time.   The customer return process requires an efficient method for
storing and referencing critical information for Expected Returns, Receiving, and
Part Reconciliation.  The selected repository is the SAP Service Notification.   
 
•	Conducted SAP Sales and Distribution (SD module) & Material Management (MM
module) IMG and Custom table configuration within the logistics section of SAP
system. 
•	Validated Reverse Logistics (RL) testing scripts.  Managed HP Quality Center
testing tool for RL team during System Integration Testing.

•	Led business and technical teams in project planning.  Obtained Cost Benefit
Analysis (CBA) and risk assessments prior to preparing Request for Proposals
(RFP) for sponsors’ approval.  Prepared detailed timelines via Work Breakdown
Structure (WBS) for all resources related to the project life cycle.  
•	Established RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) chart to
determine project roles and responsibilities due to cross-functional and
