Built an impressive record of achievements through a series of increasingly
responsible positions for this leading manufacturer of automotive, motorcycle and
ATV, and marine products.
Special Projects and Performance Manager (2003 – Present)
Chosen to newly established Special Projects Team to integrate applications with
ERP, drive the delivery of solutions to expand technology environment in support
of anticipated rapid business growth.
Collaborate extensively with business stakeholders and management to define
business needs and implement effective solutions. Create proposals for
presentation to CIO and IT Steering Committee for approval. Build preliminary
project plan; define cost and benefit analysis; and schedule and track project

	Oversaw the deployment of Siebel CRM system into the Call Center,

	Architected and oversaw the complete redesign and transformation of SNA
and X.25 networks to IP infrastructure, achieving $200K in yearly cost savings.
	Directed the migration of mixed leased line and Frame Relay WAN

deployment of mobile applications.
	Led the build out of Call Center, including servers, software,

Manager of Systems and Networks (1993 – 1997)
Conceptualized, presented, gained approval, and drove the introduction of
emerging technologies and best practices into the environment to replace legacy
systems, enhance data sharing, and reduce total operating costs.
Created technology roadmap and footprint to enable transformation; established
dedicated teams; and oversaw the evaluation and implementation of key
technologies, tools, and standards to support evolving business needs. Functional

	Spearheaded the complete build out of AS/400 structure to replace
Mainframe environment for more than 35 applications, reducing yearly cost by $1
million.
	Identified and led external partner in migration MVS systems to AS/400,
utilizing custom conversion tools, resulting in delivering project 6 months ahead
of schedule and $500K under budget.
	Oversaw the complete build out of multi-tiered SNA, X.25 and TCP/IP
communications infrastructure to allow users access to key data and systems.
	Championed the introduction of computing environment, including Windows
and OS/2 servers, desktops, and printers. Set-up the organization’s 1st messaging
structure, utilizing MS Exchange.
	Established a dedicated PC Support Group to provide hardware, software
and networking support to all users.
	Developed procedures to effectively manage systems based on ITIL

Manager of Systems (1989 – 1993)
Recruited to newly established IT Department to plan, define and oversee the
deployment of mission-critical Dealer Communication System (DCS), the 1st
distributed application within the organization.
Led team of 15 in the full project life cycle design, development, and
implementation of the system to allow national dealers with the ability to enter,
access and report on product orders. Full accountability for evaluating,
recommending, and deploying UNIX and SNA infrastructure to support new system.
Defined overall deployment, testing and training strategy. Managed team of 15
Developers, and budgets of up to $2 million.
Selected Achievement & Solution: 
	Credited with successfully delivering DCS system, on-time and under
budget. Solution was recognized for completely automating and integrating order
processing operations, improving service level to the dealer and user communities
on Suzuki products, and delivering $2 million in yearly cost savings.
