Personnel Series:

Accept, reject, review applications for hire based on minimum requirements, send
notification of exams, schedule examining rooms, proctor written, oral, typing,
and shorthand examinations. Develop job analysis by meeting with managers to
obtain key knowledge and skills for positions standard examination not created.
Prepare and attend job fairs, supervise  Examination Unit staff of 4, interview
for hire, assign duties, maintain time of employees, resolve problems and
complaints prior to grievance. Met and consult with applicant  and manager to
