Professional Experience 

Pepsi-Cola:  (V.P. of Manufacturing West Coast) Maximized return on all human
and capital assets employed at all Pepsi owned bottling facilities as well as
companies hired to co- pack Pepsi beverages.  Ensured all S.O.P.'s and G.M.P.'s
were being efficiently utilized in order to manufacture the best possible product
being sold to customers.  Also managed the purchasing of raw materials for
pricing, quality and J.I.T. delivery using MRP systems. Directly managed a work
team of 65 people and indirectly managed 750 people.  

California Bottling Co.:  (Operations/General Manager) Managed all aspects of
efficiently operating a manufacturing company including production, purchasing,
customer service, shipping and receiving, quality control and maintenance. 
Reduced manufacturing costs in order to improve gross margins.  Wrote an employee
handbook and implemented a S.O.P. program, as well as enforced all G.M.P.'s were
being followed.  Supervised as many as 150 employees depending on production
needs driven by sales.

Castle Rock Spring Water:  (Operations/Plant Manger)   Directly managed all
departments associated with operating an efficient production facility
(production, customer service, quality control, shipping and receiving,
maintenance).  Implemented an S.O.P. and G.M.P. program as well as safety
guidelines set out by the F.D.A. and O.S.H.A.  I also negotiated the lowest
pricing possible for purchasing the highest quality raw materials and worked with
companies such as Wal-mart, Albertsons and Anheuser Busch.

Education:  Bachelor’s in Business management from Sacramento State University
and currently working on a second Bachelors in Psychology.
	Ability to research, analyze and develop solutions to a wide range of
challenges.
	Experienced in developing, coordinating and facilitating strategic
business plans as well as P and L accountability and strong understanding of
ROI.

Due to a hit and run motorcycle accident in February of 2002 that left me
