ACHIEVEMENTS
LIAISON OFFICER to Headquarters, Combined Forces Command-Afghanistan.  Leveraged
training and experience to coordinate effective transfer of intelligence between
US and Allied forces in Afghanistan.  Result:  Customers received timely
intelligence needed to conduct effective combat operations in an austere
environment.

SENIOR INTELLIGENCE TRAINER for US Armed Forces intelligence professionals. 
Trained, certified and professionalized more than 2,000 analysts and linguists in
individual and collective intelligence tasks of increasing complexity using
exercises and real-world scenarios in preparation for intelligence operations. 
Result:  Many are deployed to combat zones providing intelligence support to the
combat commander.

INCORPORATED modular state-of-the-art information technology, ergonomic planning
and high-speed connectivity into two restricted facilities totaling 42,000 square
feet and seating 300.  Result:  Facilities are used to conduct remote
intelligence support operations and training in support of national intelligence
objectives. 

TRAINED intelligence sections from eight National Guard and US Army Reserve
units preparing to deploy to Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi
Freedom.  Planned, developed and supervised implementation of intelligence
training in seven states over a five year period.  Result:  Units deploy and
successfully provide timely, accurate intelligence to tactical and national
customers.
 
OVERSAW installation, integration, maintenance and integration of 11 separate IT
systems ranging from single use, stand-alone intelligence systems to WAN/LAN
systems capable of worldwide access of classified materials.  Coordinated
specifications, scheduling, installation, training and upgrades of systems used
by intelligence professionals and units.  Result:  Facilities capable of remote
intelligence support 24X7 to tactically deployed or strategic customers.

COUNSELED up seven Soldiers and mentored many members of all branches of the
Armed Forces on technical matters, professional development and intelligence
missions.  Greatly improved training, intelligence products and made thrifty use
of scarce resources.  Result:  Many specialists remained in service because of
personal attention, providing valuable intelligence to their respective commands
for many years.
