Provides planning technical skills on the Base Development Core Team/Integrated
Product Team (IPT-Coastal). Serves as the Point of Contact (POC), for contract
services and in-house services delivering a wide variety of product and services
to all Naval activities within the geographic area of responsibility. As the
technical POC, I was responsible for providing day-to-day contractor guidance and
interpretation of regulations and requirements, assuring contract compliance with
the scope of work and discipline specific quality assurance. The complexity of
the job ranged from very small to very large projects. This included specialties
in facility planning, regional planning, Military Construction (MCON) planning,

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
Several courses in CEQA, Subdivision Map Act, Seminars, State and National
Planning conferences were attended since my time in college beginning Jan 1998.
Cities of San Dimas, Malibu, and Temecula all required planning staff to attend
different conferences and such on a yearly basis to keep current with new laws
and regulations.
