developed using RUP, RMI, Java, EJB, JSP, JMS, Java Script, XML/XSL/XSLT, Oracle
8i, ChartWorks, Star Team, Web Logic, Alteon Switches, Cisco Routers, Catalyst
2924 XL switches, Novell Cache Servers, Sun Enterprise Servers, ClearCase, ErWin
and RationalRose. 
•	IP FAX: The IP Fax Service is a suite of applications that work together to
provide a cost-effective fax solution on the Internet.  The application
originally developed using VB, ASP, ISAPI, COM, VBA, ActiveX, MTS, XML/XSL/XSLT,
VB Scripts, Python Scripts & MS-SQL was re-engineered to be scalable, stable
enough for 24/7 service, and reusability of business logic using RUP, RMI, Java,
JSP, Java script, JMS, WScript, ClearCase, ErWin, and Oracle 8i, telephony, SMTP,
POP & gateway servers and Unix on Sun Solaris machines.
Responsibilities:  As head of development team of seventeen, was responsible
right from inception of the concept to service delivery. Requirements analysis,
workload distribution, time & resource management, Development of complex
business logic writing EJB, JSP, Database Design, Data Warehousing, migration,
Administration (Distributed), Stored Procedures, Triggers, report generation
using JFC Swing with drill down graphics, Web Logic & developer machines

AT&T Labs, Middletown, NJ   (Lead Developer)							Mar '98 - Mar '99
•	OMS: This high profile Order Tracking/Management (Work Flow) application on
the intranet with more than 5000 users across the country. Developed using Cold
Fusion running and MS-SQL Server 7.0 on NT, Java, Java Script, ClearCase, ErWin,
Designer 2000, Silk, and Oracle on UNIX databases. Migrated to MQSeries as part
of standardization across the company.
•	AT&T Asset Management: This web-based application was developed using Cold
Fusion, Java script, Designer 2000, MS-SQL server 7.0 and Access allows the
company to monitor all company owned assets. Interfacing with other databases and
data files cut time and money.
Responsibilities:  As head of development team of six, was responsible right
from requirement gathering to application delivery. Requirements analysis,
database design, data mining, migration, administration (distributed), hands on
development of complex business logic writing COM, DCOM, ADO, EJB, JSP, custom CF
tags, Stored Procedures, Triggers. ClearCase & SQL-Server administration, and
write automation scripts for load and patch delivery for system test, integration
test and production delivery. Was PPoC for development and system test teams, and
the project manager for MQSeries.
AT&T, Holmdel, NJ (Programmer/Analyst)							Nov '96 -Feb'98
•	Developed an in house Internet based application with Visual basic 6.0, Visual
Cafι Pro 2.0 & Fast Forward and Sybase System 11. Crystal Reports 5.0 and 6.0
were used for reporting linked with COM/DCOM using ADO. 
•	Developed a 32-bit VB (4.0) application for automatic data uploading from
ASCII file on remote servers and interface with Switches and Routers to MS-Access
(7.0) and SQL Server 6.0 using OLE automation. Visual Source Safe, Borland
Resource file writer, and WISE were the other tools used.
American Insurance Group  (Programmer/Analyst)			 				May '94 - Oct '96
•	Involved in design, development, testing and implementing a 32-bit VB (4.0)
multiple user budgeting application with SQL Server (6.0) as data storage using
ODBC API calls. Formula 1 and VS Elastic were the two third party controls used.
Report generation was through Crystal Reports.
•	Led a team of four programmers in converting a VB front-end application called
NRT from using ODBC API calls to VBSQL-VBX API calls to talk with SQL-Server.
VC++ TSR programs, several third party controls including APEX true data grid,
VBSQL-VBX etc. along with VB Compress for project assessment, cross reference and
optimization and Spy Works for debugging were used.
•	Involved in the mapping/interfacing development of a 16-bit (3.0) VB front-end
application called DBGPS to an existing CICS application with DB2 & Oracle data
storage and VC++ TSR programs. Developed and maintained several large modules and
handled all system level software releases and version management through PVCS.
