five member departmental task force regarding the implementation of the
California Coastal Act of 1976,its Rules, Regulations and Guidelines which
consisted of over 2000 pages.  Traveled up and down the Stste to the California
Coastal Cities to meetings of the Calfornia Coastal Commission and the old South
