Spearheaded the development and administered the execution of an innovative and
successful strategic planning event (Appreciative Inquiry) to establish a
mentally healthy Santa Cruz County.
* Recruited a group of more than 130 diverse constituents for a two-day summit
* Increased Santa Cruz County Law Enforcement effectiveness by integrating a
10-hour crisis intervention program into their annual trainings
* Single-handedly generated more than $75,000 with responsibility for tracking
and reporting to funders
* Directed the 75-person Coalition and its 10-member Board responsible for
implementation of strategic goals that emerged from the Summit
