Manage daily operation of 225 person call center and building maintenance.
•	Enhanced operational efficiency of the entire organization by installing
Aspect Unified Director Predictive Dialing Phone System, decreasing overall
telecommunication costs by 39-35% annually.
•	Managed two, separate departmental budgets totaling 2.5 million
O	Increased Gross Margin by 25% through cost saving initiatives such as
decreasing supply and material costs by >30%.
O	Re-built both departments through hands on leadership to bring the best skills
out of the six direct reports.
O	Worked daily with the Vice President of Corporate Development in designing
site specific in-house software to be used on the predictive dialing system.

Network Analyst
Sole graveyard shift employee monitoring fiber optic for the statewide fiber
optic ring. 
•	Investigated all alarms reported via HP Openview or Cisco CTM monitoring
system.
•	Directed, on-call engineers to origin of outage and maintained continuous
contact with affected customers and engineers during outages.
•	Designed and validated the internal telecommunication system using Cisco Call
Manager. In doing so, reduced Telco cost by $24K annually. 

Alcatel Internetworking Division, Calabasas , CA/Spokane, WA	1999-2003
Telecommunications Site Supervisor/ VoIP Field Engineer	
Directed and designed complete telecommunications revamp from Telrad Standard
PBX system to Alcatel Omni PCX VoIP system for Spokane site.
•	Managed >$1.5 million annual budget.
•	Directed the business analysis of established telecommunication infrastructure
and costs. In doing so, reduced the annual expenses from the Spokane facility by
$500K the first year.
•	Designed, engineered, and implemented several conditional and user specific
cellular phone and pager strategies throughout the United States for the
organization.
•	Installed several systems for our customers based on sales engineering and
worked directly with the Vice President of National Sales and Marketing.
•	Established and maintained cost analysis metrics to track expenses for the
site as well as locations in Calabasas, CA and Boston, MA.

During all lapses of employment, I was self employed on various IT related
projects from Web Design to Telecommunications for small businesses.
