* Responsible for the entire operations in the plant, to include Safety &
Quality Control, Production, Maintenance, Accounting, Human Resources, Planning,
Logistics, and continues improvements including the ITS Departments.
* Managed over 156 direct & indirect employees while overseeing 24 hours day
operations.
* Directed the overall activities of the manufacturing facility of the plant,
ensured customers orders were scheduled, produced, and shipped at the lowest cost
& quality standards.
* Analyzed plant operations, ensured that the facility maintained a leadership
position in the industry, and took advantages of new process & technology that
became available.
* Responsible for expenses control, including shrink labor & over head cost,
and utilized continues improvement techniques.
