assisting in voter registration, absentee ballot and Federal Post Card
applications and absentee voter certifications. Manage and assign duties for 6-12
election officers. Ensure each registered voter casts their vote in privacy,
adhering to regulations.

engineers, software developers, and technical writers.

Systems Analyst/Instructional Designer
Originally hired as an Instructional Designer identifying, developing and
deploying training to employees during company's implementation of a new platform
for Ordering, Provisioning and Trouble systems in the company, including those
who designed and ordered the components from the LECs and RBOCs for the
customer's end to end circuits and the site technicians responsible for wiring
implementing the circuit design and document any troubles in the customer
circuits and design.
 * Developed the Request for Quote and secured competitive bids for computer
based training development. Completed vendor selection and directed the project.
 * Managed development of corporate wide training program via Instructional
System Design standards. The program included classroom and Computer Based
Training courses. Delivered 8 run-time hours of computer based training targeting
75% of 2,000 U.S. based employees and customized classes for 130 resulting in
over 1700 man-days of training completed in three months.
