If your software includes a third-party proprietary software that can't be
fixed, I can replace it.

Worked with ZL Technologies for 3 years on a distributed email server.
On a team of 5 programmers that doubled product's value by adding
file-archiving.
Wrote the file-archiving admin guide.
Improved single-instancing accuracy with email containing email as attachments.
Debugged multiple softwares in Eclipse while watching their packets interact
through the network.
Created various tools for testing and automating.
Searched for rare cases where product would break, or reproduced reported bugs,
