Duties: Provide Legislative Analyst, Consultant, Advocacy and Lobbying Services
pursuant to the  Board of Regents of the University of California Code of Ethics
regarding the Alumni's Duties and Responsibilities to the PEOPLE of the State of
California.  Current activities include implementation of the State's Low Carbon
Fuel Standard Regulations (LCFS), which were finalized on 1/12/2010
(http://www.arb.ca.gov/regact/2009/lcfs09/lcfs09.htm) and the EPA's National
Fuel Standard Regs, which were finalized on 2/3/2010
