As an agent I maintained and established accounts. I would often help train the
new employees. Weekly I would publicly speak to a vast array of companies, both
to the owners, decision makers, and their employees. It was my job to make sure
that paper work was filed correctly and timely. I would also assist in the filing
of claims, and advising employers of their compliance with certain I.R.S.
regulations based on the companies enrolled benefits packages.

I would maintain proper supplies the office required to operate smoothly. I was
also in charge of office policy changes and implementing said changes to insure

general after hours cleaning.
