ACCENTURE SERVICES							2006- PRESENT
Senior Software engineer
     
•	Working onsite as a member of Technical Architect team for client (Telecom
service provider in South Africa – Virgin Mobile) and leading a team of 5
software engineers. 
•	Exposure on Singl.eview product (Convergent Billing and Customer and
Management) which is widely used for billing by telecom giants. 
•	Provided support for Development and Testing teams and was actively involved
in building and maintenance of production and non production environments.
•	Responsible for Releases, Configuration Management Process (Release cuts,
installation and patching new releases on production and non production
environments). 
•	Working with the Project Manager to develop, document, and distribute the
configuration management plan and processes. 
•	Review the team's implementation of the configuration management plans at
defined points in the process. 
•	Maintain track and report results. Create and maintain project libraries,
control access to them and configuration management plan
•	Leading Supporting activities for Unix based servers and also responsible for
liasioning with IT vendors

bugs and for optimization of products.

•	Installing Elite core’s products at corporate client’s places as they fit in
their network and providing them technical support.
•	Have dealt with clients like CSC India Pvt. Ltd., Hughes Software’s, Tata,
Reliance, and BSES. 
•	Supported network products like Cyberoam (Employee Internet Management
Software) 24Online for ISP’s. Bandwidth Shaper (manages bandwidth application
wise), Security Wall / firewall with DMZ zone and VPN.
•	Shell Scripting in Linux. Created shell scripts for Elitecore product like
24online, bandwidth shaper, security wall & cyberoam. No direct shell access is
allowed in these products. Created user friendly menu’s in all the products by
creating shell script.
