Brought on board the Canadian division of this international luxury retailer of
women’s designer fashions to provide strategic and operational leadership for the
corporate computer networks and retail systems that support five high-end fashion
stores across Canada. Assumed responsibility for infrastructure planning, network
administration, access control, security, and business reporting in Canada.
Software Development & Database Management
Utilized C# and TSQL to design a customized CRM application integrated
with the retail management system to support the company’s new Customer Loyalty
Program.
Generated value-added reporting tools to consolidate and synthesize
information for the retail management system and provide senior management with
accurate and timely information on sales trends and purchase orders by designer
line and store, enabling the company to be proactive in its stock analysis and
inventory management.
Created a Purchase Order Management module interfaced with the retail
management system to streamline and automate the full procurement cycle for
retail stores and 30 wholesale clients.
As a result of these successes, the Raymark Xpert Series Retail
Management suite and CRM solution is being deployed to Escada operations in Asia
and the US.
