Group. Tasks consist of monitoring incoming file transmissions, running
production jobs, writing assembler, JCL, and COBOL code and fixing problems that
arise during the course of the cycle. Also, maintain and update documentation for
the frontend processing cycle.

Provide support to programmers by upgrading and maintaining computers. Handle
ordering of supplies for operations including paper, copier/fax equipment, and
