the design and development of sources code in regards to the industry and
executive leveled directives as they pertain to the telecom business. Projects
include E911 circuit provisioning, Transmission Work Order (TWO) processing for
international service types, design and development of WebService interface for
major end-user. 
	Sr. Programmer/Analyst (Sr. BSA) – Responsible for the analysis and
full development of Network Provisioning and Order management and provisioning
software. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Configuration management, Systems Administration, and other ancillary tasks as
assigned/requested by line and senior management.
	Sr. Programmer/Analyst (Sr. BSA)  – Responsible for the analysis and
full development of Network Provisioning and GLOBAL Access Rights Management
Systems (GARMS) under a Federal Requirement for Homeland Security. Duties
include, but are not limited to Configuration management, Systems Administration,
Design and development of XML/XSL and WSDL, Mainframe code (COBOL) and
WebServices, translating existing SAS reporting modules into business logic for
WebServices.
	Sr. Programmer/Analyst (Sr. BSA) -- responsible for scope definition
and development of the COMPASS Data mart project as it applies to the Single
Stack initiative. Single Stacks objective is to consolidate former MCI, WorldCom
and UUNet platforms into a single architecture.
	Sr. Programmer/Analyst – Production Support Analyst for all NetPro
Batch and Online processes. Responds to Auto notifications in timely manner as
not to allow user impacts. Normal turnaround time for production abend has a SLA
of three hours from notification.

	Sr. Business Analyst/Sr. Programmer – Project Technical Lead (PTL)
responsible for detailed analysis, program design, coding and documentation of
processes for EDI (Mainframe application) Technical services. This initiative
pilots the Managed Capacity model internal to FXF which allows the organization
to define the templates, guidelines, SOW, SLA and best practices for governing
these types of solutions under SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley).
	Sr. Business Analyst/Programmer responsible for defining the scope of
the Common Extract Conversion project. This includes the modification all
existing reports to follow this new process for using a common extract (batch
DB/2 and COBOL) where possible.  There may be situations where the report is very
specific, and would not fit into the process being designed.  Wherever possible,
the reports would be re-designed and coded to fit the format.  Exceptions are
expected, but were kept to a minimum.
