AT&T - Highlands Ranch, CO ( VO ) - 2007 to present
Brought on board to manage and successfully complete complex projects for one of
their largest clients Sun Microsystems. Was assigned Sun’s largest projects to
date; Global MPLS Network implementation, Global Standards, Global EOS / EOL,
LAN Redesign and Global Sup 1as. These projects ranged from $1 to $400 Million
per project. Key activities entailed development and management of budget,
resource assignments, report development and review, interfacing with staff and
clients during project cycle and meeting project milestones and delivery dates.
• Managed End of Life / End of Service Cisco Network Equipment
• Inherited projects that were in jeopardy of being lost due to bad management.
Through a series of actions, team subsequently delivered outstanding project that
was completed on time and met customer’s approval.
• Teamed with finance department to develop a more streamlined process for
Purchase orders from the client approval through to Cisco ordering system
• Developed proposal budget and MS project Gant Chart to increase the current
contract and relationship with Sun Microsystems; added 5 years and increase
revenue by $200 million.

Senior Client Manager
Genesys Conferencing Inc. – Highlands Ranch, CO - 2006 – 2007
Managed the largest client for Genesys Conferencing; Qwest Communications, which
was over $40 million a month revenue to Genesys Conferencing. In the wholesale
environment we provided products and services for Qwest Communications customer
base. Trained and education Qwest’s sales and product staff with all of the
products and services. Developed and presented monthly reports to the client,
which included customer service measurements, service delivery reports (on time,
downtime, and outage reports), product and service revenue numbers and overall
client satisfaction reports. Constantly interfaced with several departments such
as operations, sales, development, and training, as well as the direct executive
client.

Bray Whaler - Centennial, CO - 2004 – 2006
Secured for this position to focus on their two largest projects ever acquired
by Bray Whaler; Hyatt Denver Convention Center and Hyatt DFW International
Airport. Successfully budgeted, identified products and services, and delivered
all OS&E items to the facilities. The project value for an OS&E ranged from $5
million to $600 million per project. Staffed managed and trained a team of
project coordinators ranging from 5 to 10 staff members. Allocated resources
and developed timelines and milestones for all of OS&E projects. Enhanced
relationships with various vendors for the OS&E products and services
International Project Manager
AT&T - Highlands Ranch, CO (VO) 1998 – 2000
One of a select group of individuals assigned to large fortune 500 complex
projects. Assigned to coordinate and implement assured engineering documents for
International Frame Relays and ATMs, by interfacing with foreign
telecommunications companies. Teamed with Global Sales Branches to secure and
implement over $200 million in new revenue. Extensive experience in the
implementation of international data circuits, global addressing, and routing
protocol.
• Developed the processes for International Frame Relay to new countries for
general availability
• First and only Project Manager selected to implement the first Concert
services; is was the global adventure between AT&T and BT Communications
