PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:


Specialized Loan Servicing						     Sept 2006- Present

	Accountabilities: Starting in collections as a 90day past due phone
representative taking inbound and outbound calls, setting customers on plans for
pre-foreclosure. Was promoted to Loss Mitigation six months after my hire date
and again promoted to team lead with in the year.  Handle accounts that are
Equity and Non-Equity, setting up Short Sales, Fresh Start Modifications, Fast
Track Modifications, Term Modifications, and arm adjustments on all types of
loans. Consistently a top producer with a cure rate of 30-50 deals per months.
Trainer in new hires on the floor and assistant with management in the team lead
role, handling escalated calls.


Assistant Branch Manager						     May 2004 – August 2006
United Auto Credit Corp

	Accountabilities:  Started as a collection manager and worked my way up to
Assistant Branch Manager. A major requirement of this job is bringing in new
dealers to the business and marketing UAC’s programs to them.  Marketed new
dealers by phone and set up appointments.  Went out to dealerships to both sell
the programs and train the new dealers; was very successful in this endeavor.
Role also included the management of Senior Accounts Receivable and Customer
Service Managers in the collections and customer service departments. 
Responsibilities include hiring and training of new team members, expense
reporting, staff scheduling, reviewing and approving lines of credit for auto
loans, handling difficult clients, and hosting weekly branch meetings.   Results
include, averaging 92% of goal for volume for the year, zero turnover in the
branch collections and customer service departments, and the promotion of three
associates in the past year.   
Was responsible for collecting on delinquent accounts from 1 – 120 days past due
including bankruptcy accounts.  Trained and managed a small team of account
representatives.  Worked with repro agencies, to track skipped accounts and sold
vehicles at auctions.  Results include, associate with best numbers for the
region on a monthly basis for the entire year, decreasing repro cars by resolving
accounts in a timely manner, decreased losses in 2004 by 32% from the previous
year, zero turnover of full time employees on collections team.


Retail Collector/Account Manager					November 2001 – May 2004
GMAC							

	Accountabilities:  Responsible for collections on the Smartbuy contract and
other Retail contracts.  Duties included processing inbound and outbound
collections, working with credit bureaus, negotiating and implementing payment
options with clients, and on the job training of new team members.   Results
include being named one of the top three collectors who hit their stretch goal at
least 90% of the time.  

Accounts Receivable Consultant					           May 1999 - July 2001
Humanscale	

	Accountabilities:  Responsible for collections on GSA and Commercial Accounts. 
Duties included, reviewing all incoming Purchase Orders, Inbound and Outbound
collection calls, tracking proof of delivery and returns, management of incoming
checks and postings, and the creation of monthly account status reports.  Results
include, being named team lead and passing all accounting audits for outstanding
products.
