PROFILE
I am a confident motivated career oriented individual currently working as a
Senior Customer Reporting Analyst for Great West Healthcare (now CIGNA). Prior
to working in customer reporting, I held various management and supervisory
positions throughout the company. My numerous promotions within Great West have
enabled me to gain valuable communication and analytical skills that will be a
distinctive asset to your organization.
For the past three years I have been utilizing Oracle | Hyperion’s Interactive
Reporting Suite (formally Brio) to develop reports that enable Great West to
construct intelligent rapid accurate business decisions. I do work closely with

SR. Business Analyst – Customer Reporting Team (2005 - present)
•Provide member, claims and provider detail reports from OneSource, to brokers,
Underwriting, clients, sales support for disruption analysis, as well as state
regulators.
•Project lead for the Meridian(Facets)/OneSource testing as it pertains to
customer reporting working with Mercury and Harvest Project Mgmt tools.
•Regression testing for OneSource tables and Health Plan Performance Reporting
tool due to the implementation of Facets.
•Working with Customer Reporting team to develop/implement reports that are
useful for underwriters and client services.
•Testing of newly built reports to ensure they are running/pulling data
correctly.
Business Analyst – Provider Data Quality (2003-2005)
•Maintain several data tables in relation to a Provider Information Management
System (PIMS), such as the Sweep Exception, TIN Bypass, and Alma Mater using the
AR system as well as the contract tables.
•Updating National Ancillary in PIMS maintaining a 24 TAT. Back up for Auto
load processing of provider files for updates to the Provider Information
Management System..
•Running daily queries for data review/clean up working with the field and
internal customers to ensure correct claims processing and reporting/Mapping
Third Party Vendor provider files for the Auto Load software.
•TPN directory production. Customization of the City of Long Beach provider
directory.
Assistant Manager Directory Production (1998-2003)
•Provider Maintenance, loading and correcting provider information in the
provider database (PIMS).
•Production of all Third Party network directories and Provider handbooks.
Update and loading of Dental providers working with our Dental vendor.
•Supervision of up to 4 people including bi-annual and annual performance
reviews and timesheets. Hiring and disciplinary actions as needed. Also,
supervising the 1099 tax unit.
