As the Head of the entire T-Mobile Customer Account Team (CAT), I was brought in
to lead the team in driving a renewed vision and strategy for the account, while
building/growing/empowering the team in protecting and growing the embedded RAN
(2G/3G), Core and services revenue base with incremental product & services
solutions revenue, while positioning our future 4G/HSPA/LTE, Core/USD and
strategic services solutions with T-Mobile.

* Exceeded our gross margin by over 147% with yoy increases of +30%
